8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmoothVra DriveLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected course(s) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
